Overview
The goal of our visualization is to create a ticketing system for IBM support engineers in Cleveland Clinic Hospital at Abu Dhabi. Ticketing system is an online platform that enable caregivers to raise an IT related tickets (issues). With our visualization, an IT support Eng. can make a better-informed decision on where the issue raised, by whom and how much time-taken to close issues within SLA Policies by contractors with IBM to avoid being losing a contract. Procurement Managers can collect the statistics of detailed ticket histories from ticketing system in order to proceed with further agreement with their Sub-Contractors. The Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (كليفلاند كلينك أبو ظبي, known as CCAD) is a multi specialty hospital located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The 364 bed luxury hospital, part of Cleveland Clinic Foundation, USA, has been open to the public since May 2015.
