Fiery Phoenix: March, 2015 This piece was inspired by a picture of a burning house and a bird, and was painted using acrylic paint. It is especially meant to express the intensity of the vivid, red color and the detail of the burning house in its eye.

A lizard: September, 2015 This project proved to be quite challenging as it was carved and engraved out of a rubber plate. While searching for discrete black and white images, I came across this fascinating shape of lizard. The resulting texture in this project was extremely pleasant. Domabam means lizard in Korean.

Han-bok: December, 2015 I have always thought "hanbok," which is Korean traditional costume, is very attractive, even if we only wear it on special occasions. So I created this portrait of a girl in hanbok from more than a century ago with watercolor.

Overview

I may not be a great and well-trained artist, but I like to draw and paint realistic but cool things. I consider it to be my own artistic style. I want my artwork to look as authentic and unique as possible.
