Long ago the mighty Saxophone stole the ancient paddle of duplication, and waged conquest against the Northern cities with a powerful Saxophone legion. In order to combat this menace, the defence pact was formed. The four initial members swore to maintain peace in the region, and resist the gilded tyranny inflicted upon them.
