Overview

Fractal is public installation that would be found in art/light/music festivals such as splore or lux festival. Where a large audience can interact with each other and the sculpture. Modern festivals encompass many elements other than just focusing on the act. The atmosphere the food, the art, the location, the safety, the people combine to create overall experience. Fractals ties in well as a stimulating and social piece of art. It invites more than user because of its simple nature. There are no instructions. This makes it easy to grasp and easy to use. Because it's based from sacred geometry spiritual festivals would be well suited for a larger scale replica of Fractals.

Group Project by Amy Vasity Felgate, Karen Dane Gamo and Krisma Patel.
