The challenge was to design a griller for any kind of food (meat, chicken, fish, etc.), easy to build using stainless steel in tis main structure, and It must use, at least, one additional material other than steel.
It is intended to create a new face for the current grills, including innovative
mechanisms to facilitate the dismantling
and cleaning; the grill also
should be to an upper-middle class, and promote Mexican traditions.
