I grew up thinking that I could make dreams come true, so I became a designer. I studied industrial design. Design means to create experiences. You may also be interested to know that I used to ice skate, attended german lessons, I sometimes still play videogames and that I rarely stay on a Friday or Saturday night at home.

Mantis is a human powered vehicle for children from 8 to 10 years old. It's inspired directly from nature (insects). Mantis promotes exercise by means of having fun. It encourages physical activity which will also enhance motor development. Mantis forces the kids to adopt an unusual posture which makes it a lot different from human propulsed vehicles, this generates a new sense of adventure and difficulty. Done in collaboration with Erika Martínez, Sylvia Vidal, Isabel Rico and Héctor Galaz. Shortlisted for the WT Award in 2010
