Overview

A customer journey map is all the steps gone by a consumer while utilizing a service or product.It includes some good experiences, some bad experiences.
My assignment is on Online Travel Agency.
In this assignment my goal is to show what services are being offered and how comfortable are the people, how they are sharing their experiences with their friends and relatives.
Let me introduce what is online travel agency:
An online travel agency is a web based online reservation system used for the purpose of booking travel related services. These travel related services include online Airline reservation, online Hotel reservation, online rail reservation, online Car-rental reservation and many other aspects associated with the travel agency operation. OTA or online travel agency is a term designated for the travel agencies which operates through the implementation of online process.
Now here comes the research which we will be doing to provide better facility to the customers.
