Photography gives the viewer and the photographer a chance to explore and visually experience one moment in its full detail. I prefer to catch situations from my immediate public surrounding as an observer. It is the appreciation for that single moment and I follow the impulse of capturing emotions for longer than reality is allowing us to.
I have never understood photography to be a two dimensional medium, which explains my exploration into video sculpture or video art. Therefore it is important to me to create a multi-layered photograph, which does not only exist in a 2D space but honors its 3D space it has been captured from, as well as playing with the element of time.
