Overview

Back projection for a music concert.
Shardana is the ancient name for Sardinian Ancestors who lived on the island in 3000 B.C. This video which is abstract and conceptual has also a practical and logical explanation behind it. It is a story that starts with triangles and then they develop until they become a complex composition. All the graphics I've used have been inspired by Sardinian culture. Specifically I reinterpreted the traditional Sardinian rugs and pottery. What's more, my ambition was to contextualize the video in a futuristic style because I wanted to suggest the idea of tradition and culture renovation. Therefore, I have also chosen Tycho's music that supported me in creating a more contemporary atmosphere.
