Overview

The Straits is a serviced apartment tower developed by SouthEast Asia Landmark which commands an unobstructed view of the straits of Johor Bahru, Malaysia and the coast of Singapore. Inspired by design principles from the colonial era, The Straits is where flowing organic contemporary forms strike a balance with sensible symmetrical lines.

Hence, to compliment the architecture, the logo is designed with symmetry and delivers a colonial yet modern outcome inspired by early to mid 19th century details. The map is designed to look like an old map taken from the era of British colonial in Malaya.
