From a young age I had always been fascinated with the ocean and the creatures that lurk in its depths. So once I started scuba diving it was a dream come true for me. The next goal would be to always be in this amazing, beautiful yet chaotic atmosphere so I tried to combine it with my passion for film and photography and in this selection of photos I really wanted to explore the idea of portrait and model photography your taught at school and how well it applies to the creatures within the Mediterranean. I wanted to Start with facial close ups and then begin to branch out from that following the rule of thirds but still keeping the composed atmosphere portraits create. I believe the result creates a level of depth of emotion that would otherwise go unnoticed or overlooked.
